Can I pay with holiday vouchers or connected holiday vouchers?

Yes, here are the available options for payment by Holiday Vouchers (ANCV and ANCV Connect):

Booking via ANCV CONNECT holiday vouchers:

When booking on our website, select "Chèques-Vacances Connect" as your payment method and then contact us at 04 92 57 81 77 or 06 80 13 39 50

Booking using paper holiday vouchers:

Paper holiday vouchers must be sent with the stubs. Without the stubs, we will not be able to cash them. Send your paper holiday vouchers, indicating your file reference, by registered mail to the following address: Camping le Parc des Sérigons – 300 chemin des Sérigons – 05400 La Roche des Arnauds, France.

Is the campsite approved for VACAF stays?

Yes, we are VACAF approved.

How many kilometers away are the nearest supermarkets?

Ten kilometers from the campsite, in Veynes, you'll find a Super U and a Carrefour Market. Three kilometers away, in the village of La Roche des Arnauds, there's a small supermarket (Cocci Market). Twenty kilometers away, in Gap, you'll find hypermarkets such as Leclerc, Intermarché, Auchan, Lidl, and Grand Frais.

Which town is closest to the campsite?

Gap is the closest town to the campsite.

What are the opening dates of the swimming pool, the swimming pool hours, is the swimming pool heated, can we come to the swimming pool wearing swim shorts?

The swimming pool is open from mid-June to mid-September depending on the weather conditions.

The swimming pool is open from 11am to 19pm in June and September and from 10:30am to 20pm in July and August (high season).

The pool is not heated but it is covered in the evening, which allows the water to be at 26°/27° during the summer.

We tolerate swim shorts as long as they are used only for swimming in the pool.

Eating is prohibited within the pool area.

Are charcoal barbecues allowed?

Charcoal barbecues are strictly prohibited. All open fires are prohibited in our region.However, electric and gas barbecues are permitted.

Is Wi-Fi available throughout the campsite?

Free and unlimited Wi-Fi access is available only around the reception/bar/restaurant area. There is no Wi-Fi throughout the campsite, however, you will easily get a 4G signal.

What are the opening hours of the campsite entrance barrier?

The campsite barrier is open between 7am and 23pm. Outside of these hours, you can park your car in the car park right next to the reception.

Can you park your car on your campsite pitch or on the grounds of your chalet or lodge tent?

Yes, you can park ONE car only on your camping pitch or on the pitch of your chalet or lodge tent.

Are the chalets equipped with heating or air conditioning?

The chalets are equipped with heating. There is no air conditioning in our chalets because mountain temperatures are cool at night and our accommodations are shaded.

Are motorhomes allowed in our campsite?

Yes, we warmly welcome motorhomes. We have very large pitches suitable for motorhomes. They are subject to the same rules and rates as other campers.

Is it possible to receive television at the campsites?

We have a few "open" spots for receiving television reception. We are in a 15-hectare nature park with many trees, which are very welcome in the summer for shade!

What languages ​​are spoken at the campsite reception?

We speak French, Dutch, English, Italian, and Spanish.

What languages ​​are spoken during the campsite's activities?

Our activity leaders speak French and English. We try to recruit Dutch-speaking activity leaders, but this is not guaranteed.

Is the campsite equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles?

There are no electric vehicle charging stations at our campsite. The nearest charging stations are 10 km away in Veynes.

Are visitors allowed in the campsite?

Yes, visitors are allowed. They will have to pay a fee which will give them access to all the campsite facilities and they will have to respect the campsite's internal regulations.

Are unaccompanied minors allowed in the campsite?

No, unaccompanied minors are not accepted even with a parental attestation.

What are the arrival and departure times?

For pitches, check-in is from 14 pm and check-out is by noon at the latest. Rental accommodations are available from 17 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. Outside of school holidays, for weekend stays, arrival is possible from 10 am and departure is possible until 17 pm on Sunday for an additional fee.

Is your arrival scheduled after reception closes? Here's what to do!

If you expect to arrive after 7:30 pm, please let us know your estimated arrival time by phone. Please note that the gate to our campsite closes at 11:00 pm; after this time, no vehicles will be allowed on the site. 

Do I need to pay a security deposit or a deposit?

Yes, you must pay a security deposit related to your rental (€200 per accommodation + €70 cleaning deposit + €10 deposit for the entrance barrier badge), your additional equipment (€50 for a fridge, a baby kit or a barbecue), €10 deposit for the entrance barrier badge.

What are the closest lakes, bodies of water and rivers to the campsite?

10 km away, in Veynes, you can swim in the Iscles lake.

Lake Pelleautier is 20 minutes away by car from the campsite.

20 minutes by car from the campsite, the Buëch river at Aspres sur Buëch.

A 25-minute drive from the campsite is the Germanette lake in Serres.

A 40-minute drive from the campsite is the lake of Saint-Bonnet-en-Champsaur.

Lake Serre-Ponçon is a 45-minute drive from the campsite.

The Méouge gorges are a 45-minute drive from the campsite.
